Kauser Dossani

Kauser joined the firm in 1995 as a newly qualified solicitor specialising in family law and quickly build up a reputation for being a difficult woman fighting for her clients comer to ensure the best outcome.

Within 3 years of being at the firm; Kauser became a partner and  recently has taken over the firm following the retirement of the last founding member of Jones and Duffin.

The legal process can be a costly excercise; this is always at the forefront of Kausers mind and to make sure her clients with limited means are able to have access to justice;she undertakes legal aid cases and for private clients; offers reduced rates and flexible payment options.

Kauser is a member of the law society children panel and also accredited resolution member in the area of domestic violence and children matters.

Kauser Specialises in all areas of the family law; including cohabitation disputes; divorce/Nullity; disputes of financial/children matters including public law proceedings and domestic violence orders.

Bhavika Mistry

Bhavika joined the firm as a Paralegal in 2016  and has since completed her training contract with the firm.

Bhavika works in the Wills and Probate Department and is able to deal with Grants of Probate & Letters of administration. She also provides advice on the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Bhavika also has experience in dealing with residential conveyancing matters, both freehold and leasehold. She is also able to advise accordingly on transfers of equity, declaration of trusts and Assents.
